We take great care in preparing your orders. All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major US holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Nova Gardens offers shipping exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time. We are proud to serve gardeners across all 50 states.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options which will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location within the USA.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, as external factors like carrier delays can occasionally occur.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Nova Gardens is not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
